Description
Delegates will be placed in an employed status position and pursue a Contact Centre L2 apprenticeship. Assessors will support and guide learners to create a portfolio proving their competency in the workplace. The apprenticeship will also involve a technical certificate testing underpinning knowledge. The addition of Keyskills will also demonstrate an understanding of how literacy and numeracy enhances the workplace and duties involved.
